Check your spam or junk folder


Our reply may have been filtered into your spam or junk folder. Please search your mailbox for emails from:


Add us to your safe sender list


Please add the email addresses above to your contacts or safe sender list to prevent future replies from being blocked or filtered.

You may also need to check your blocked senders, email filters, or forwarding settings.


Make sure your mailbox has enough storage space


If your mailbox is full, new emails cannot be delivered.

This is especially common with iCloud Mail. If your iCloud storage is full, our reply may be returned to us and will not be delivered to your inbox.

Please clear some storage space and contact us again, as a previously rejected email may not be delivered automatically after space becomes available.


Try another email address


If you still cannot receive our replies, please contact us again using another email address, such as Gmail or Yahoo.

When contacting us from a different email address, please include:

  • The email address you originally used to contact us
  • Your LingoDeer UID, if available
  • A brief description of your issue
  • Your transaction ID or proof of payment, if the issue concerns a membership or purchase
