Don't worry, please first double check whether you logged into the right account, as different login methods (Google/Facebook/Email/Apple/Huawei) could create different accounts. Make sure you logged into the same account with the same way you created it.
If the problem persists, please try the steps below:
If you purchased from Google Play:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
- Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap Menu - Subscriptions.
If you purchased from App Store:
1. Log into the same Apple ID with which you purchased membership on the Apple App Store.
2. Go to the Membership page on app LingoDeer, and then tap the RESTORE PURCHASES button.
