Don't worry, please first double check whether you logged into the right account, as different login methods (Google/Facebook/Email/Apple/Huawei) could create different accounts. Make sure you logged into the same account with the same way you created it.


If the problem persists, please try the steps below:



If you purchased from Google Play:


1. Make sure that you logged into the same Google Play account used for your purchase on the Google Play Store. If you don't remember which account it is, you can check your Google Play active subscriptions to see whether LingoDeer is on the list. Here are the steps:
  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
  2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
  3. Tap Menu - Subscriptions.
2. After logging into the right Google Play account on the Google Play Store, please log out your LingoDeer account and back in again to refresh the purchase. If it still doesn't work, please reinstall the app.



If you purchased from App Store:


1. Log into the same Apple ID with which you purchased membership on the Apple App Store.

2. Go to the Membership page on app LingoDeer, and then tap the RESTORE PURCHASES button.
